Look – light golden color, clear, with good carbonation and about two fingers’ worth of frothy off-white colored foam that dissipates somewhat slowly.

Smell – very interesting smell…not one I’ve come across before. It’s hard to even place whether it’s more hoppy, more malty, wheaty, or what! It does have a strong, somewhat acrid smell though.

Taste – with the taste, I can’t tell it’s a more malty than hoppy, but the taste is still fairly unique, even for a wheat ale. It seems a little phenolic too. The taste doesn’t seem to change too much throughout, but it’s still interesting.

Mouthfeel – pretty good balance, but leans a little bit more toward the watery side.

Overall – good taste, and very thought-provoking!
