A: Pours a murky brown with three fingers of lkhaki head that recedes into a thin cap with decent lacing.

S: Subtle spice notes up front followed by candy sugar and some bubblegum aromas. Dark fruit notes follow, reminiscent of plums and raisins. There is also a fermented fruit-like aroma in there before a sweet bready note brings up the finish.

T: Spices are a bit stronger here with candy sugar and those same dark and fermented fruit notes that are present in the aroma. The finish has a sweet bready flavor with a slight yeast bitterness and faint alcohol warmth.

M: Medium body with mid-high carbonation, this beer is nicely attenuated, leaving it nice, dry, and clean.

O: A very good quad, overall. There's a lot of great nuance here along with a very nice body that avoids being too thick and sweet.
