Poured a cloudy light gold w/ a huge, frothy head that died slow and left lace sheath rings all down the glass. A citrusyand tart aroma, not overly tart but some minor sour fruit, plush fruit as well - like a white wine with yeast...typical Belgian pale ale smell. Taste is more of the same as I just can't put it down- smooth, light, easy to drink, the beer has a balance of pear, apple, tropical fruit, citric, sour notes - and it's sharp too w/ good carbonation that leads to a crisp finish. Some sweetness gets in there as well - overall just a well balanced and interesting beer that is a must.
