A) Hazy cherry cola. The light catches very slowrising carbonation, giving of a grey-white glow

S) Though a quad, smells like a classic Belgian double: sweet caramel, baked apple pie, sour dough

T) Sticky sweet molasses, dark cherries and burnt cooked fruit, mild bitter hops. Yum.

M) Thick and delicious. Effervescent fizz and smooth.

O) Not port like, similar to most quads, but an excellent beer.
