Pours a translucent dark gold with a thin white head on top. Retained well enough. The nose is well-attenuated with notes of caramel, sweet malts, light ethanol. The mouth is more spritzy than I would prefer, but it's not terrible. Good sweet toffee/caramel forefront, light bitterness, with a short alcohol finish. Good Marzen. I haven't had many new ones this fall, but this one is a pleasant treat. I'll get this again when fall rolls around. The best I've had from TC for sure.
