Appearance: Pours a deep and very hazy brownish amber with a moderate amount of bubbles. About two fingers of off white head that quickly fade into a thin patchy layer. Lacing is pretty light.

Aroma: Lots of fruity esters, cherry, raspberry. A bold yeast aroma, mild pepper. No hops. No diacetyl. Some brettcontributing to the bitterness. Bold sweet and sour fruit pretty much sums this one
