slightly opaque straw yellow with a thin white head, foamy and a surprisingly well retained. The beer had a very nice aroma, banana and cloves, just what one would expect from a Hefe. The taste was very good. Followed the nose perfectly. The beer had a lighter feel to it with good carbonation. The beer was very refreshing, crisp and very enjoyable to drink.
