Appearance: Pours a light and very hazy brownish golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. Decent two fingers of white head which slowly recede into a thin creamy layer. Moderate amount of lacing on the glass.

Smell: Belgian yeast with a good amount of cloves and coriander spices. Lots of wheat grains. Big hints of fruits with some banana, pear, apple, orange, lemon, and white grapes. Also a little hay, pepper, and citrus hops. Very yeasty, fruity, and fairly spicy. Nicely complex.

Taste: Tastes as great and complex as it smells. Big taste of spice upfront from the Belgian yeast and cloves. Wheat grains add some bready taste throughout. Big mix of fruity esters. Vibrant notes of oranges, banana, pear, white grapes, lemon, and apple. Also mixed in are some coriander and pepper spices. A great combination of sweet fruits, spices, and moderate bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with a carbonation on the heavier side of medium. Very creamy. Somewhat prickly. Fruity and very drying in the finish. Alcohol heat is hidden very well.

Overall: An outstanding authentic Belgian Tripel. A great complex mix of yeast, wheat, and fruity esters.
