Appearance: Hazy gold. Head is bright-white, rocky, and creamy. Crazy lacing. Head drops to a chunky collar in short order. Solid carbonation.

Smell: Bananas and clove layered over a bright orange/citrus note. Belgian yeast and lemon zest. Yeasty bite. Very mellow and subdued. Loads of citrus and a mellow floral note. Malts are ever so faintly sweet and a touch bready. Flowers and lemon with yeast.

Taste: Bananas. Ripe bananas. Clove and peppers spice. Hope are spicy, peppery, and just a tiny bit citrusy. Yeasty packs an earthy note. Very yeasty. Belgian spice. Peppery as can be. Very mellow and approachable. Hops add a nice dimension and help relieve some of the Belgian influence. Bubblegum. Bib lockouts bananas.

Mouthfeel: Almost light body. Carbonation is sid and helps spree te flavor. Slightly dry.

Overall: A nice balance between citrus IPA and the Belgian tripel. Amazingly well balanced and well presented.
